1. What sizes do you offer?
We design dresses for girls aged 1 to 10 years. Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit.
2. Do you make custom dresses?
Yes! We accept customized orders for special occasions (birthdays, weddings, parties). Please contact us at Kevvora777@gmail.com to discuss customization.
3. How long does delivery take?

Domestic (India): 4–7 business days.

International: 7–15 business days.
(Custom-made dresses may take longer; details are mentioned on each product page.)
4. Do you charge for shipping?

Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹3,000.

Orders below ₹3,000 have a flat shipping fee of ₹200.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Customized and sale items are non-returnable. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
6. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details. You can track your order directly via our courier partner’s website.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via trusted courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS). Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are borne by the customer.
