Return & Refund Policy – Kevora

At Kevora, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return/refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Process

  1. Email us at kevora777@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address provided by our support team.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size changes of the same style, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued as per our policy.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
