Shipping & Delivery Policy – Kevora

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Customized or made-to-order items may take 7–10 business days to dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available at an additional cost).

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide via trusted courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS).

  • Delivery timelines: 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

  • Customs duties/taxes (if any) are payable by the customer as per the destination country’s rules.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all domestic orders above ₹3,000.

  • For orders below ₹3,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹200 is applicable within India.

  • International shipping costs vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the tracking details.

  • You can track your order directly via our courier partner’s website.

Delays

  • While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather, or customs checks.

  • Kevora is not liable for delays once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, but we will help track and resolve issues as much as possible.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Kevora will not be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
